PRAXIM PURPOSE
In a rapidly changing world, traditional performance metrics often overlook the fundamental driver of success:
the way we exist and interact.
Praxim exists to bridge the gap between human potential and organisational results by applying Ontological methodology to professional environments. We believe that by transforming the "Observer" that we are, we can unlock more constructive ways of engaging with work and life.
Our mission is to equip individuals and teams with the conversational technology needed to eliminate coordination waste and build high-performance cultures rooted in emotional intelligence.

Who is
Leah Newman?
With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Leah Newman has navigated the complexities of corporate dynamics firsthand. After completing her studies at the University of Cape Town in 1999, she spent years acquiring a deep wealth of investment knowledge. However, it was her transition into Ontological Coaching that redefined her career path.
In 2017, Leah earned her Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching & Leadership from The Ontological Coaching Institute. This pivotal moment led her to become the first and only Certified Ontological Practitioner permanently employed within a major South African corporation. During her tenure, she developed and spearheaded the transformative RP² program. Today, through Praxim, Leah moves from corporate employee to entrepreneur, making these powerful behavioural and cultural change tools accessible to a broader range of organisations seeking to optimise human performance.

The Genesis of Change
Group Workshop 01

This week is about mastering Metacognition - the art of "observing the observer." week 03
Linguistic Action
Group Workshop 2 to 4
3-Day Intensive
Curriculum: In this intensive, we challenge the traditional view of communication to explore the notion that language is an active, generative process by which we literally create our reality. You will learn to move beyond the "autopilot" of habitual listening to become more influential and precise. By distinguishing between Basic Linguistic Acts - the essential building blocks of all human interaction - you will acquire the tools to drive effective action, resolve ambiguity, and increase your sense of professional fulfilment.

week 04

week 05 - 06

By bringing attention to the conversations leaders commonly step around—where discomfort, ambiguity, or fear can quietly constrain action—you will learn to design high-stakes dialogues that move beyond simple information sharing to decisive action that shapes outcomes.

week 09
Individual Coaching

week 10
From Experience
to Expression
Group Workshop 11
Half Day and 1-Hour Wrap-Up
Curriculum: This session creates space for participants to reflect on their learning experience and articulate the impact of the program on their work and way of being. It invites expression of key insights, lived outcomes, and meaningful shifts, while gathering feedback to support the program’s ongoing evolution. The final closing conversation with invited guests offers a moment of witnessing, where learning is spoken, impact is acknowledged, and the program is brought to a celebratory close.
